actively participate in all training activities.
積極地參加所有的培訓活動。
checks the quality of raw materials in his assigned areas‚ as well as their storage‚ handling and usage.
檢查其負責區(qū)域的原材料質(zhì)量,以及原材料儲存及使用情況。
conducts training on all related food preparations‚ hygiene and grooming standards in conjunction with the sous chef
與廚師長一起指導并進行有關(guān)食品準備、衛(wèi)生及著裝標準的培訓。
keeps the sous chef informed about all aspects of assigned section‚ including equipment‚ wo******ng environment‚ staff problems and departmental relations.
向廚師長報告其管轄部門的所有情況,包括廚房設備、工作環(huán)境、員工的問題及與其它部門的關(guān)系。
