崗位職責(zé)

1. 安裝項目分項項目管理；

partial project management for installation projects

2. *****規(guī)范操作方法，確保安裝現(xiàn)場的安全和清潔；

monitor the standard operating method to ensure the safety and cleanliness of the installation site

3. 負(fù)責(zé)安裝隊伍的管理、培訓(xùn)和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)；

be responsible for staff management‚support and leading of installation team

4. 報價支持；

support in calculation for quotation

5. 管理現(xiàn)場人員，控制相關(guān)項目活動的進度計劃和工時預(yù)算 固定班組和臨時班組 ；

manage on site people and co******ol the schedule plan and man hours budget fixed team and temp team for project for relevant project activity.

6. 按照項目的主要時間表制定現(xiàn)場的每日、每周工作計劃，并支持項目經(jīng)理達(dá)到所需的項目時間表；

plan site daily/weekly/ activities to match the project main timing schedule and support pm to reach the required project milestones

7. 與客戶進行短期/長期的溝通，建立與客戶的關(guān)系；

8. 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)解決項目存在的問題。

相關(guān)經(jīng)驗、技能要求

1. 專科及以上學(xué)歷，機械制造等相關(guān)專業(yè)；

college degree or above‚ major in machinery manufacturing or the related

2. 具有工業(yè)安裝現(xiàn)場管理工作經(jīng)驗，有外企生產(chǎn)主管經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先；

with industrial installation site management experience‚ the one with production supervisor experience in foreign *****pany is preferred

3. 具備很強的品質(zhì)管理、流程優(yōu)化、統(tǒng)籌組織和溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力，有很好的分析問題和解決問題的能力；

strong ability of quality management‚ process optimization‚ overall *****anization‚ *****munication and coordination‚ good ability to analyze and solve problems

4. 有較好的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和組織協(xié)調(diào)能力、溝通能力、執(zhí)行能力等。

5. 具有人員安排和管理技能

6. 熟悉ems‚wax或輸送工藝者優(yōu)先
